Shelby Gates

Shelby graduated from Griffith university in 2015 with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science, and post-graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology. She delved straight into work as an AEP, where most of her professional experience has involved working in the veteran space, assisting ex-servicemen and women with injury rehabilitation and and chronic disease management.

Alex Infield

Alex graduated from university in 2019 with a Master in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Drawing from a rich sporting background, he is passionate about the transformative power of sport and exercise. His passion extends to helping individuals recover from injury, and empower clients to enhance their daily activities, alleviate pain, educate on movement mechanics, and support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Scott Withers

As an Arm Veteran himself, Scott has experienced firsthand the transformative power of physical fitness and discipline. this background has instilled a deep belief that exercise is not just a way to stay fit, but a fundamental aspect of overall health & wellbeing. He is passionate about helping individuals harness the benefits of physical activity to improve quality of life, prevent and manage chronic disease, and enhance physical performance.

Nat Lever

Nat graduated in 2016 with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and started her career in the private sector. In 2018 she transitioned from teaching high school PE to full-time Exercise Physiology treating a variety of cardiac, metabolic, musculoskeletal and mental health conditions. She’s also taught Group Fitness for a number of years and still enjoys adding classes to her repertoire. Her main goal is to ensure clients enjoy exercise and improve their quality of life through being fit and healthy.
